Behm, of Oshkosh, Tuesday evening while the car was parked outside Kohl's Department Store at Forest Mall.

Behm had just purchased the equipment at Pro Audio Visual, 655 Triangle Road. Stolen from the car was a Sony stereo receiver valued at $989, a Sony stereo compact disc player valued at $470, a Sony graphic equalizer valued at $468 and a Sony video disc player valued at $1,129. The thief apparently used a coat hanger to gain access to the locked vehicle. Police and Behm found a wire coat hanger near the passenger door of the car, and the passenger window was lowered about one-quarter inch. Behm supplied police with the serial numbers on all pieces of equipment.

DOT suspends overweight rule a Because of seasonal road conditions, the state Department of Transportation has suspended overweight provisions of annual permits for county and state trunk highways. It is probable that the suspension will remain in effect for six to eight weeks, according to Richard C. Bakken, Fond du Lac County highway commissioner.

"The spring weather season is rapidly approaching, said Bakken. "With the rise in temperature, the frost thaw will cause unstable road subbase. This change in temperature will cause roads to become more susceptible to failure under heavy loading. Bakken said single trip permits will be issued for loads exceeding statutory weight limitations. Consideration for issuance single trip permit will be route of travel and time of day.

Permits will not be issued for loads 10 feet in width or 16 feet for vehicle comexceeding, binations for movement over county or state trunk highways. She was born June 17, 1899, in Greenbush, a daughter of Frank and Mattie Roberts Wade. On Oct. 26, 1926, she married Emil A. Kottke in the Town of Fond du Lac. Mrs.

Kottke and her husband farmed on the family farm after their marriage. She taught in rural schools in Fond du Lac County and was clerk of the School Board in the Morse School District, Fond du Lac County, for 24 years. She was a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, Rogersville, and the Lutheran Ladies Aid. Survivors include four daughters, Miss.

Audrey Kottke of Fond du Lac, Cirena Lenz and her husWinton of Fairwater, Fern Rathsack: and her husband William R. of Fredonia, and Marie Veleke and her husband Paul of Ripon; one son, Keith and his wife Carol of Oakfield; seven grandchildren; two great-grandsons; and one sister, Harriet Fisher and her husband Harold of Jonesboro, Ark. Preceding her in death were her husband on March 25, 1965, one brother, Roger, and three sisters, Elizabeth, Edna and Kathryn. Funeral services will held Monday at 2 p.m. at St.

Mr. Sattler owned and operated Rudy's Bar in North Fond du Lac and was previously employed with Dow Cheese. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of the V.F.W. Post No.

320 of Fond du Lac, American Legion Trier-Puddy Post, Knights of Columbus and Presentation Church. was born Feb. 18, 1909, in the Town of Marshfield, a son of John and Rose Abler Koenigs. On April 12, 1932, he married Lucille Nett. Mr. Koenigs farmed in the Johnsburg area and later worked at Sadoff Rudoy Industries for 20 years.

Survivors include one daughter, Rosemary Haensgen and her husband Alfred of Gladstone Beach; four sisters, Mrs. Marcella Lefeber of Dotyville, Mrs. Laura Konen and Mrs. Loretta Fleischman, both of Fond du Lac, and Mrs. Angela Stephanie of Mount Calvary; 12 grandchildren; and nine greatgrandchildren.
